“Once I made the decision, I started breathing easier.” – from a member’s letter

Rytis and Violeta
Rytis and Violeta
Read this one slowly

From the outside no one would say you’re struggling. You work, you smile, and when someone asks “how are you?” you say “I’m fine”.

Inside – a stone.

The same conversation runs through your head for the fortieth time. At three in the morning you lie there staring at the ceiling: leave or stay, speak or keep quiet, why did I react like that again, what’s wrong with me.

You won’t tell your friends – they have their own troubles. Not the person closest to you – he’ll shut down or rush to fix it. A therapist – in two weeks. And it’s hard now.

So you carry it. A day, a week, a year. And the longer you carry it, the less you understand what you actually want.

You’ve already tried to solve it with your head. You thought it through, read, asked for advice. There’s never a shortage of advice: “don’t take it to heart”, “think about yourself”, “it’ll all be fine”.

But you don’t need advice. You need someone to finally see what’s actually happening inside you – and say it out loud. Without judging. Without “you should”.

In that moment something lets go. Your shoulders drop. You breathe deeper. And what looked like a knot with no ends suddenly has a beginning: it’s clear what’s going on, and it’s clear what to do tonight.

That’s what you get here. Not an app. That moment.

Not a programme. A state.

What you come in with – what you leave with

You come in with“I don’t know what to do anymore.”
You leave with“Now I know what the next step is.”
You come in withA stone in your chest, a lump in your throat
You leave withA deeper breath and shoulders that have dropped
You come in withThe same conversation going round in your head
You leave withQuiet in your head. For tonight at least – and that’s enough to fall asleep
You come in with“What’s wrong with me?”
You leave with“Nothing is wrong with me. I just couldn’t feel it.”
You come in withGuilt for snapping again
You leave withAn understanding of where it comes from – and how to stop next time
You come in withThe feeling that you carry everything with no one’s help
You leave withThe feeling that someone finally heard you

Not always from the first question. But usually sooner than you expect.

How it works

Nothing complicated. Nothing to prepare for.

You write

However it comes out. No pretty words, no introduction. Even “it’s hard and I don’t know why” is enough. If it’s easier to say than to type – say it out loud.

About 30 seconds later you read the answer

Not “5 tips”. An answer about you: what’s really going on underneath what you wrote, where it lives in your body, and what to do with it tonight. Read it – or listen to it in a calm voice with your eyes closed.

Your body answers

When the words land, you feel it immediately: the chest releases, sometimes tears come, sometimes quiet. Then you ask again. The conversation remembers what you already said – you never start from scratch.

What it looks like

One real answer – word for word

The question

Everyone says I’m strong. But I’m just holding on. Inside I’ve been stuck in the same place for a year. How do I get out?

You hold everyone, and you’re the one falling. And no one sees it, because you learned so well how to pretend everything is fine.

“Strong.” How many times have you heard that word? And each time it closes you a little more. Because if you’re strong – you can’t collapse. You can’t ask. You can’t say: “I can’t anymore.”

That strength became a prison. Not a gift – a duty. And that’s why you’re stuck. Not because you’re weak. Because all your energy goes into holding. You’re gripping so tight there’s no strength left to move. Like a driver gripping the wheel so hard they can’t see the road.

Read the whole answer

Ask yourself now, straight: “What am I waiting for? Permission to rest?” That permission won’t come from outside. Never. Because everyone sees you as strong – they don’t even suspect you need help. You taught them that.

You ask: “How do I get out?” – as if the place you’re stuck in were an enemy to escape. But maybe you don’t need to escape. Maybe you need to finally stop there. Enter. Stay.

All these years you ran from that place – holding, doing, being strong for others. And that place only wanted you to feel it. Not fix it. Feel it.

And you know what I think? Under that strength lives a little girl who once understood: “If I’m strong – I’ll be loved. If I hold everyone – they won’t leave me.” She learned that weakness is dangerous. That she always has to be the one others lean on. And she’s still there. Still holding. Still afraid to let go.

That girl doesn’t want another tip on how to be stronger. She wants to be held. Tired as she is.

… and then – concrete steps for tonight. This is an answer to someone else’s question. Yours will be about you.

Honestly

Who this is for – and who it isn’t

Who this is for

  • For you, if you tell everyone “I’m fine” – and only you know how it really is
  • For you, if the same thing keeps repeating – in relationships, at work, inside – and you can’t break out
  • For you, if you’re facing a decision – leave or stay, change or endure – and you keep going in circles
  • For you, if you take care of everyone, and no one takes care of you
  • For you, if you snap at your children and then the guilt eats you
  • For you, if your thoughts don’t stop at night, and in the morning you have to get up and smile again
  • For you, if you understand it all with your head, and your chest still carries the same weight
  • For you, if you know our sessions and want that same gaze when it’s hard – not only on session night

Who this is not for

  • Not for you, if you’re looking for a free chatbot to poke at out of curiosity
  • Not for you, if you want someone to decide for you
  • Not for you, if you want to hear that other people are to blame – here the gaze always comes back to you
  • Not for you, if you’re looking for positive affirmations and “everything will be fine”
  • Not for you, if you need urgent medical help – then call 112 or your doctor

If you recognised yourself in the first list – keep reading. This is for you.

What people write about most

See whether at least one of these is about you

At night. In the car before going inside. Locked in the bathroom.

Relationships

“We live together, but I feel alone. Is that how it’s supposed to be?”

“Leave or stay? I’ve been going back and forth for three years.”

“My wife says she doesn’t feel anything anymore. I don’t know where to start.”

“Why do I keep attracting the same kind of people?”

Parents and children

“I shouted at my child and now I can’t forgive myself.”

“I’m forty, and my mother still runs my life.”

“I love my children, but sometimes I want to run. Am I a bad mother?”

When you don’t recognise yourself

“On paper everything’s fine – work, home. Inside it’s empty.”

“My whole life I tried to please. I don’t know what I want anymore.”

“Everyone says I’m strong. But I’m just holding on.”

Anxiety and nights

“Three in the morning. My heart is pounding, the thoughts won’t stop.”

“I blame myself constantly – even when I’ve done nothing wrong.”

“I’m afraid something bad will happen. I don’t even know what.”

Money and work

“I earn enough, but the fear of money never goes away.”

“I hate my job, but I’m afraid to leave.”

“I want to start my own thing. And year after year I don’t.”

The body

“In the evening I eat when I’m not hungry. And I can’t stop.”

“My chest feels tight, but the tests come back clean. What is this?”

Loss and loneliness

“It’s been a year since the loss, and it isn’t any easier.”

“I’m surrounded by people, and I still feel alone.”

If even one of them is yours, the answer to it can be on your screen in minutes.

Rytis and Violeta
Who answers you

Not an anonymous robot. Our way of looking at you – for the hours when we can’t be there.

We’re Rytis and Violeta, husband and wife. For seven years we’ve been building Feeling Sessions and living what we teach. In that time – more than 1,000 live sessions and meditations with people who arrived in pain and left lighter.

But a session happens a few times a month. And it gets hard on a Tuesday at 23:40. Or on a Sunday, when everyone’s asleep.

So we built Feeling.app.

We’ll say it straight: an AI writes the answer. But it doesn’t speak from the wisdom of the internet. It draws on the material of our sessions, our words, and the way we look at a person – without judgement, directly, through the body and the feeling rather than through theory.

Just like in a session, you get both a man’s and a woman’s way of seeing. It won’t hand you “5 steps to manage stress”. It will ask what we would ask.

The thing no one says out loud

You’re not short of advice

A friend gave you advice.

A book gave you knowledge.

Google gave you ten articles about anxiety.

A chatbot gave you a tidy list of seven points.

And not one of them saw you.

Because you’re not short of information. You know more than you need. You’re short of one thing – someone naming what you feel more precisely than you manage to. That’s the moment the knot lets go.

Every other way

  1. you ask
  2. you get advice
  3. inside – the same

Feeling.app

  1. you write how it is
  2. something sees it
  3. inside it lets go
  4. it’s clear what to do
Your doubts are fair

“But…”

“But it’s artificial intelligence.”

Yes. And we don’t hide it.

But ask yourself something else: does it matter to you who assembled the words – or what happens inside you when you read them?

People write to us that they cried reading it. That it feels like talking to us live. That they finally made the decision they were afraid of.

The technology is only here so the answer arrives in 30 seconds instead of two weeks. Everything else comes from live sessions with living people.

I want to experience that

“But I can ask ChatGPT for free.”

You can. And you’ll get a tidy, polite answer. Five methods. Seven steps.

If that’s enough for you – you don’t need this.

Feeling.app doesn’t say what you want to hear. It says what we would say in a session: where you’re running from yourself, what you’re holding in your body, what you’re actually afraid of. A general chatbot informs you. This takes you inward.

You have enough information.

“But why does it cost anything?”

Two reasons.

First – every answer costs us something. It’s built for your situation, not pulled from a template.

Second – and this matters more – free things don’t work. Not because they’re bad. Because people come to them to poke around. They type “testing”, read the answer, close the window.

When you pay – even €9.99 – you sit down differently. You write the real thing. The one you’ve never told anyone. And only then does the answer have something to touch.

€9.99 isn’t the price of an app. It’s your decision to finally look.

I want to write the real thing

“But I need a therapist, not an app.”

Maybe you do. And if so – go to a therapist. Feeling.app doesn’t replace one and is not a medical service.

But a therapist is once a week or two, €60–100 for 50 minutes. And it gets hard between the visits. At night. At the weekend. In the minute after the argument.

Feeling.app is for that gap. So you don’t have to carry it until next time.

I want somewhere to write

“But I don’t know what to write.”

“It’s hard and I don’t know why” – that’s enough. You don’t need the right words. Only honest ones. The answer will ask for what it needs.

For most people the first sentence is the hardest. And the most relieving.

I’ll start with one sentence

“But will someone read it?”

You write in your own private account. Not in a group, not in comments, not on social media. Other members never see your words, and nothing is published anywhere.

So it isn’t wasted

How to use your first evening

First questionWrite however it comes out. Most people start carefully, from a distance – and that’s fine.
SecondNow write the thing you actually came for.
ThirdAsk not about the situation but about yourself: “Why does this hurt me so much?” This is usually where it lets go.

Answers don’t expire

Use them when you need them – tonight or in a month.

Only yours

You write in your own account. No other member sees your words.

You have two choices

Choice #1

Nothing changes

  • You keep answering “I’m fine”
  • The same conversation goes round tonight too
  • You put the decision off another month. Then another
  • And a year from now you ask yourself the same question you’re asking today
Choice #2

You write

  • Tonight you put into words what you’ve never told anyone
  • 30 seconds later you read an answer – and something lets go
  • You fall asleep with a clearer head
  • And you know: when it hits again, you have somewhere to put it

You know which choice brought you here.

“Maybe next time.”

Fine. Next time.

When things are calmer. When this phase passes. When there’s time to look after yourself.

But do you know what next time looks like?

The same as now. The same stone. The same circle in your head. The same “maybe next time”.

Because hard moments don’t arrive on a schedule. They arrive on a Tuesday night, when everyone’s asleep and there’s no one to write to.

The only difference is this: whether, that night, you have somewhere to write.

Short answers

Common questions

How fast do I get access?

Right after payment. Your login details arrive by email – you can be writing a minute later.

Is this a subscription?

No. One payment. Nothing is charged later.

What happens when the answers run out?

Nothing. If you want to continue – you top up. If not, everything you saved stays yours.

Will 33 answers be enough?

A few are usually enough to work one question through. 33 is several evenings of deep conversation, or a month of roughly a question a day.

Who answers – Rytis, Violeta, or a computer?

An AI that draws on the material of our sessions and our way of looking at a person. We answer personally in live sessions; Feeling.app exists so you have that same gaze at any hour.

Can I listen instead of reading?

Yes – in a calm male or female voice. It costs nothing extra, the voice just takes a little longer to arrive.

I’ve never been to your sessions. Will it work for me?

Yes. No experience needed. It’s enough to write how it is.

Does it work for men?

Yes. The answer speaks to you and about your situation – not about an “average person”.

Will it help if I have depression, an anxiety disorder or trauma?

Many people find it easier during a hard time. But this is not a medical service and not a replacement for therapy. Decisions about medication or treatment you make with your doctor.

Can I get a refund?

No. This is a one-off €9.99 purchase and access opens immediately, so we don’t refund it. That’s exactly why the start is this small – so trying costs no more than three coffees.

Rytis and Violeta
About us

Before I arrived at what I do now, I spent more than €80,000 on courses, teachers and retreats. I was looking for the answer outside, because I was certain it was somewhere out there. I ran from my feelings with whatever was at hand: food, games, the “everything’s fine” mask.

The answer wasn’t outside. It was in the body, and it had been there the whole time.

Feeling Sessions were born from that road. Violeta and I have been building this method for seven years and living what we teach.

We built Feeling.app so this way of seeing is available not only to the people who can come to a session – and not only when a session is happening. So that on the night when it’s hard, you have somewhere to write.
